On Sunday, August 11, 2002 I had the privilege to see The Reverend Horton Heat.  He is a rockabilly guitarist, with a fabulous band that includes Jimbo at standup base, and Scott on drums. I've always enjoyed The Rev's music for it's humor and style, but I never realized what an excellent guitar player The Reverend is.  I am not exaggerating when I say he is absolutely amazing.  He played several songs off his new CD, including one about Jimbo, his six pack and his above ground pool.  

The Reverend and his band rocked from beginning to end.  I can't do him justice just by talking about him, so I've included an mp3 to download for anyone who's interested.  Just click on the link below and save it to your hard drive.
